Been reading journals and it sounds like there's a lot of wading in ME. Are there leeches in any of those waters? Or elsewhere.

My one phobia - started with Stephen King (damn him) and reinforced by moving to MI. Yuck!  Swimming with water moccasins in TX never bothered me as much as the thought of LEECHES.

Raised on too many 50' giant bug movies I guess. (And why did being exposed to radiation automatically mean that you got really big and developed an appetite for human flesh?)
