Thoughts on blisters



Ok, we've all had 'em, despite the pre-prep with moleskin, so my question
is: what's your key to minimizing the pain and frequency of blisters? Mine
seem to show up on the bottoms of my toes, as though I have too much skin on
my toes and the extra is getting rubbed raw as I walk. Mainly I try to tough
it out, but I haven't done a multi-day hike yet. Your suggestions
