    I hear the AT's midpoint is now located just north of the half gallon ice
cream store at Pine Grove Furnace.

    There have been several relocations of late that have pushed the center
further north than it has ever been. Somehow, the center is more than a mile
further north this year.

    Hikers enjoying their celebratory half gallon at the store will now be
doing so at the AT's half-way point...
