[at-l] FAQs

Oh man.  My FAQ question got hijacked.  If there is a clear answer with
little debate then a question would qualify for an FAQ.

The ATC site has a thru-hike
FAQ(http://www.appalachiantrail.org/hike/thru_hike/faq.html),  a hiking FAQ
(http://www.appalachiantrail.org/hike/faq.html) and a hike planner
(http://www.appalachiantrail.org/hike/plan/index.ht) which has an FAQ style
to it.  Backcountry.net has an FAQ (http://www.backcountry.net/faq.html)
about the lists but it's not specific to the AT-L.  Are there other AT or
Hiking FAQs out there I'm not aware of?

Are there questions that could be in an AT-L FAQ?  'What is a RUCK'
qualifies IMHO (answer at http://friends.backcountry.net/ruck/index.html but
not http://www.jhu.edu/~rugby/askarugger/).  'What do you think about...'
doesn't.  'How many days of food should I carry' might.  'Is Felix real' is
just too controversial for inclusion (grin).
