[at-l] code words

Rick suggested some code words for those who want to just read the
subject line and decide whether to hit the delete key as a preemptive
strike against unwanted reading.

I like the OT designation for "Off Topic".  Perhaps DAW naturally
follows (Delete At Will).

That would help some of you avoid listers like me.  Sometimes I just
have TMTOMH - Too Much Time On My Hands.
