Here's another bit of trivia: Reich's (former) laboratory is
now a museum, a few miles southwest of Rangely ME, with
a glorious view of Saddleback.

Reich was briefly famous in the USA for his theory of
orgone energy and his cloud-buster devices. In modern
parlance, he'd be known as a crackpot. The museum is
cool, though. The sort of place you'd expect to find a
1950s-era "mad scientist."

Reich died in 1957 in a US federal penitentiary, having
run afoul of the FDA for some of his experiments.
