Your right! I have stayed there a couple of times myself always feeling like 
I was 
not wanted,(except for my credit card ). They do get burned out on us. That's 
not our fault. They choose the business not us. If it bothers them that much 
they should hire a staff to run it for them. I avoid the place it takes the 
fun out of my hike thur that section. Franklin maybe a little further but 
getting a ride is not a problem.
