As well as having their manufacturing moved out of the country, I think Dana
Designs was also bought out. Someone at a retail store showed me the harness
from next years packs, and it looked like they are really skimping on the
materials and construction now - but still charging the same price. If you
plan on buying a Dana pack I would say do it soon or take a very close look
at it first.
