[pct-l] A PCT hiker -- FRANK KROGER

Haven't heard about him, but if you are thinking about e-
mail, that would be tough - few places to do it from if
you don't get off trail. However, there are phones at
most resupply and resort areas, although some are
costly. If he is mailing post cards, except long delays,
too.
