if it's the thing that ties around your neck, feels like there's rice in it
till you soak it, then feels like it's full of cold jelly, they're
INCREDIBLE!  they feel like an ice pack around your neck for hours!  i
don't know how they do it but they really work.  there's one in my closet.
i got it as a gift, tried it a couple of times, loved it, forgot all about
it.  they dry back out to rice again if you let them, but you can soak &
reuse agin & again.
