OK,

There is one sure why of ending chafing, pantyhose!!  It keeps the 
legs from rubbing together.  I know a mailman who wears them on his 
route.  One could also try tights (more acceptable for males), but 
they may be too heavy.  Corn Starch is definitely (got the word for 
the day in :-) a good thing to use daily
