Everybody cross your fingers (toes, eyes, whatever) for me.  My first
overnighter and hike carrying a real back pack.  What if I can't do this yet?
Well in the year 2000 I will be in better shape (that won't take much) <g>.
But if determination is a factor I will make it this weekend no problem.

I am so excited.
