[at-l] Time Out!

I'd like to (nicely and politely) introduce the idea of waiting a few
moments before replying to the AT-L or AT-L members.  I've written a few
flaming emails myself over the years, and often if I walk away from the
computer before sending them I find that when I return the message
reflects more on me than the recipient.

No one should take this message personally... it's just intended to slow
things down a little and improve signal/noise.
