I will tell you one thing poncho are good for this time of year. That is
to tie over the front of shelter for a wind break. I was in a shelter
one evening and the wind was blowing about 30 mph. It was cold. We had
my poncho and another one and tied them across the front. They were a
bit noisy, but you didn't have sleet blowing in.
