Re: [at-l] Introduction

I dont care for the word "lurker" either. Thought you might want to hear
from one anyway. Backpacking is a whole new world to me one I only started
a year ago. Alot of planning and reading research has gone into discovering
a whole new place to "be" that's rewarding to the mind and soul. When I
really want to be "there" I can come to the AT-L to plan , learn, prepare,
and educate myself to be a physically fir and mentally prepared to enjoy it
as well!
I do love the banter... I want to met Gail someday I followed her postings
while she was on the trail. I hope to go to the gathering this year (to
Lurk!)vbg>..Felix dont stop now keep the story coming and Jim and Ginny
Owen postings flow with love of the outdoors and all it entails! The hot
debates never get totally out of hand! VBG> I could go on...Thanks for all
your advice and opinions and experience and wisdom..yes I have taken alot
from this list and I have applied it in the woods and was thankful the list
was possible.
