i had an old football medic that said about the same. I said Doc, IT REALLY
hurts when I do this. He said ,"so don't do that then!!! I've had good support
from sorbothane inserts for my work boots. They give great support at the arch
but not much further forward at the ball than do the extra thick version vasque
supplies for their boots. Orthotics I'm not to hip on, I have enough knee pain
to last an army a good while. After 4 knee scopes, torn ACl, and removed 85%
meniscus I think well just skip any additional sources for pain !!!
