A friend of mine who thru hiked last year (SnailNoMore) suggested this to me
when I met him in Pearisburg in May. He says they're a _LOT_ stronger than
ordinary trash bags and I think they hold their shape better too. A regular
plastic garbage bag will tend to "collapse" whereas the compactor bags hold
their rectangular shape better.
