AT in Harpers Ferry, Dogs, ISO Hiking partner
Saw today that there is actually an ATC crew working on the C and O Towpath
where it's damaged at Harpers Ferry. 8 folks, all of whom have worked on
ATC crews in other places in the past, according to the crew leader to
whom I briefly spoke.
People can go there to help out on the weekends. Info about it at the
