This is my second attempt to write to at-l and I hope this time I get though.

To introduce myself my name is Dan Kohn and I am in the process of 
plaining my 96 thru-hike! I have been working on this now since July of 
this year and so far it looks as if my company is going to give me the 
time to do it. 

I hope to hear from more potential 96 thru-hikers though this list and 
look forward to reading more advice from this years.

I will write more if and when I see this e-mail got though (the system I 
am on sometimes does not like sending to mail lists .... I don't know why).
