[at-l] Meds, was SoRuck was Three things...

I'm in the same boat... HCTZ, Toprol XL, Norvasc, and Lipitor. Plus, a long
rooted family of heart disease and high cholosterol, so, to put it simply,
I'm screwed from the git-go.

I've finally, finally, finally stopped viewing the tradmill as an evil
storage center for assorted boxes, clothes, and last year's garage sale
leftovers. I've loaded forty pounds of rocks into an old pack and am now up
to doing an hour twice a week at a reasonable trot. It's funny how turning
50 gets you to think seriously about your health, or, more appropriately,
the trail.

I don't want to die in a winter sedentary state without the opportunity to
hit the AT at least one more time when spring settles in.

Come spring, I'm willing to trade in my cell phone, my gun, and the dog for
one of those Monday-Sunday pill containers
