[at-l] Where is everyone's next hike?

 I'm doing after work and weekend short hikes here in Florida 2-3 days a week.  In October I have a business trip to Milwaukee and one free day there.  I checked with a Wisconsin friend and he say to go to Kettle Morraine State Park.  I called the conceirge (sp?) at the hotel where I'll be staying about the nearest place/best way to get a rental car at the hotel.  She got all excited about my plan, as she's a hiker too, and she says Kettle Morraine State Park.  Looks like I'll get to try the Ice Age Trail there.  AND it will be fall there--a real treat for a Floridian.

Sadly mine will be somewhere around Eastern NC for the next couple
weeks.  I won't be able to get back onto the AT for at least two
weeks, maybe longer.  I have to read some reports form this year's
group of thru-hikes.. I wonder how some of them are doing.

Time to check and I find out.  I sure wish I were out there with them.
