[at-l] More grits (plus a few things)



And then ......... there's always Baked Cheese Garlic Grits (got this one
from an aunt who grew up in NC and can really cook!):

Prepare 1 cup grits (add 1 cup grits to 4 cups boiling water, cook 2 1/2 - 5
minutes, stir occasionally)

Stir in:
1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, well-beaten
1 small garlic clove, minced

Cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
Pour into 2 qt. greased casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serves 6.
