[at-l] Dehydrating Meal Ideas



 
Variety is the key.
 
On the trail last year, I could eat anything for a few days, then I got  sick 
of it. Except Ramen noodles, for some sick reason I can STILL eat  those.
 
Everytime you get chinese takeout, or have leftovers from dinner at  home, 
dehydrate the leftovers (and vacuum seal them) & take them hiking.
