[at-l] Forest Service Fee Parking Lots

Pittsburgh replies:

I do not know about the Golden Eagle Pass policy regarding FS parking
along the trail here in Georgia, but I do know that there is NO LONGER
a fee at the parking area near Springer.  There is still a fee at Woody
Gap, though.  I do not know about Dicks Creek Gap...
