[at-l] Forest Service Fee Parking Lots

Hi All

I know that some Trailheads on some National Forests have parking lots that 
require fees to park. Last summer at a couple of pay trailhead lots in the 
Whites, there were signs that said no fees were required if a person had a Golden 
Age Passport and displayed it on the vehicle dash.

Does anyone know if this policy is true at other FS pay lots? For example, 
the lot on FS Road 42 on Springer?
