[at-l] MSR Mini-works filter

I use 1 and have not had to many problems with it. Although as suggested
when the temp drops totally empty it. I did not do this one time and it
froze up on me. After I started to empty it I never had another freeze up.
One thing I dislike is that the cartridge needs cleaned allot even while
using the prefilter wrapped with a coffee filter. after about 1-2 qts I have
to scrub the cartridge. I have had mine since 2001 and as of yet have not
needed to replace the cartridge. YMMV
