Hmmm - define "forcefully"

And yes - SNP WAS taken "forcefully" - by any definition.  To a large degree 
for the Trail as well as for other reasons.  Separating the Trail from the 
taking wouldn't be accurate at all.

Go back and read what I wrote again - try the Devil Fork Gap story - then 
multiply that by -- how much?  Or maybe you believe forcing people to spend 
a large part of their income for multiple years on lawyers to continually 
defend against the threat of condemnation isn't a form of force (i.e. - 
coercion)?
