[at-l] Another death on the AT

We'll have to wait for details. But there are no obvious sections of the AT
"north of Brownville Junction" and south of Baxter, which is closed to all
except technical climbers, where one can  easily fall "100 feet". I suspect he
was hiking the Gulf Hagas side trail, which also does not have 100-foot falling
possibilities, but several that could produce death by an untrained, or careless
hiker.
