[at-l] Tuna & Chicken Foil Pack

They changed the grades of tuna a few years ago, we used to get the chunk
light stuff all the time but now it is fish mush saturated with water. You
can't squeeze the water out like you used to be able to do. I've heard they
are using some new de-boning equipment that scrapes the bones to salvage
tiny flecks of fish that are now sold as "light tuna".
We only buy the albacore now, it might not make too much diff if you are
throwing it in a pot just as long as you like fish bone mush in your tuna.
