[at-l] Chicken in 3 oz foil package



I'm here to tell ya that once on the Trail, those low calorie and fat
numbers will come back to haunt you - when I am long distance hiking, I
ask the bewildered grocery store folks to point to the high-fat,
high-calorie foods section! :)
