[at-l] Glucosamine and Chondroiton - in the archives

The Fish Oil is related to several studies suggesting that omega-3
fatty acids are deficient in American diets and _maybe_ related to
incidence rates of mood disorders, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia
and Alzheimer's dementia. We have a few _small_ non-blinded studies
demonstrating benefit of fish oil as a single agent treatment of mania
and depression in those resistant to more routine treatment options. It
has Vit E and antioxidant activity, too boot, which has similar data to
much more expensive cholinesterase inhibitors in treatment of
dementias. It comes in gelcaps much like Vit E, priced similarly, a bit
darker and smells bad - sort of like fish.

But I've forgotten where I put it.
