[at-l] Suggestions on fixing a foot injury?

Thanks! This was a useful post. That was exactly what he said I had. On
the trail almost from the start I was stretching every day before I started
hiking and after my noon break. It helped some, but the icing/cold pools
were the best when I could find them. I ate hiker candy (ibuprofen) like
everyone else but never saw much difference between the days I took it and
forgot to.
I really hope I can find a decent doc around here as I actually just
went running and could feel my right foot burning again, bleh.
