[at-l] RE: black bear attack in NY



Don't go out without your high-powered rifle is the rule in polar bear
country. Polar bears consider humans to be well up on their menu list.

I saw a similar show on Polar Bears and some town that had a BIG problem
with the bears coming into the town.  It's a really big deal.    The town
sheriff's main job is to keep an eye out for the bears and issue an alert
when they come in.  AND, to chase it back home.
