[at-l] Grand Unification Theory

Granted - the Wal-Mart parking folks who cant leave cement I have to wonder
about... They are in a *sense* 'seeing America', but there are a lot of
America's to see and to each their own limited view. Guess I'd rather have
people w/ this view of life sitting in the Wal-Mart parking lot - far away
from me AND the woods!

but I do know and have seen RV'ers who really are 'seeing'. I've seen them
park their RV out in the absolute middle of nowhere on some dirt road much
like we would stick a tent, then wander around from there, watching sunsets,
enjoying the quiet etc. They just don't like sleeping on the ground and
cooking over a tiny stove and carrying a lot of weight on their backs.

Its not your method of transportation, its your attitude and how you
approach it. Kinda like your tag line :-)

The folks I just don't understand are the ones who travel across the
country staying night after night at Wal-Marts (they allow RVs to park
all night for free). There's even been a documentary made on these
people. Apparently an entire subculture is developing.

What's truly sad is the RVers think they are 'Seeing America".

It is our attitude toward free thought and free expression that will
determine our fate. There must be no limit on the range of temperate
discussion, no limits on thought. No subject must be taboo. No censor
must preside at our assemblies.
