The  incorporation papers were signed this evening. We meet on the 24th to elect
directors  and  establish  such  practical  matters as dues and by-laws. We need
multi-millions  of  dollars, but we also need folks who just express an interest
through joining and thus help inspire those needed multi-millions.

My vote will be for a very nominal dues structure. In the beginning, at least, I
want ideas and enthusiasm, more than dollars.

 But  we  already  are negotiating for some exciting properties. Keep tuned.
