I  doubt  if  many  people can achieve long term weight loss without regular and
fairly  strenuous  exercise. During my six months and three days on the trail in
1993, I sometimes pondered starting a weight loss business.

I  figured I could guarantee that clients could eat all they wanted, of anything
they  wanted,  and  still lose weight -- providing that food was carried in a 40
pound pack, up and down hills, 15 miles a day.
