[at-l] Snowmobiles and other off road motors



Last summer, at the shelter just "north" of 91, south of Damascus, I saw two
ATVs come down the trail.  When the first one saw me, he signaled the guy
behind him, and they both backed up the trail until out of sight.  Had I had
a cell phone <G>, I could have called law enforcement and maybe gotten them
caught, but I didn't.  I assume that it remains a problem in that area.
