A wilderness area is exactly what it is termed. The shelter near Bird
Gap is near that zone in No GA. This made creating the shelter harder,
and the location less convenient. Changing the rules for our
convenience only opens the door to other special interests.

 It's rather amusing to watch that happen. He disagrees with so many people 
and ideas he quite often ends up coming down firmly against what he's just 
been arguing for. 
 He's not worth debating. Let him continue to debate himself. It's a most 
pitiful form of self abuse, but he seems to enjoy it.
