I concur with that assessment.  However, even though my thru has been pushed
back and pushed back from year to year, I still enjoy planning and
pretending.  I also like to have the ability to reference both of the
preferred info sources - the Companion and the Handbook.

I checked TP and it says that the Handbook is available.  Yet I can't find
it at any of the usual sources.

Anybody have any inside info??
