Debbie and Ron both corrected me about the Elf with Frodo on the way to Rivendel: His name was Glorfindel......... Thanks for the fix, for some reason I can't fathom, I've always (since I was 8ish and read it the first time) blocked out Glorfindel and inserted Legolas!
