 Everything that can possibly be said about this incident has probably been
said, except one thing: It's my guess that the son did not take his vest off. I
suspect neither he nor his Dad ever wore blaze orange while hunting. They just
carried it in case a warden came along.

If my guess is right, it is about the same degree of stupidity as taking "sound"
shots.
