[at-l] Fwd: Grandfather Washington



I can't speak to last month's average wind speed at the Grandfather, but I
can tell you that it was routine in the winter (I went to college in Boone)
for wind speeds to top 60 miles an hour....on those occasions, it sounded
like the roof of my dorm (I lived on the top floor) was being ripped off,
never to be seen again.
