So what you're saying is that Datto and Felix only PROBABLY exist?
Or exist in a number of different states (no not Nebraska, and/or Indiana,
and/or Michigan, etc. etc.) until someone actually sees them?
Wait, wait, that means that right now I am both alive and dead! Since no
one can see me at this very moment!   How very TRUE!!!







Now wait a second. I've seen them both on the same trip. Maybe not at the
same time though.

Besides if we accept the 27% of what Felix says is true (was that
established before or after the
Waterloo-Pinckney trip in '99?) then doesn't it follow then that the people
that appear to be Datto
and Felix can only be partially Datto and Felix? Somewhat like
Schoedinger's cat (personally I
though the mixed person episode of Voyager, Tuvix, was awful)?
