[at-l] Smokies Water

I was in the Smokies week before last, and the water was running strong at 
all the springs I used.

I went from Trillium Gap trail up to LeConte shelter, then up Boulevard 
Trail to the AT.  From there I hiked south on the AT to Spence Field 
Shelter, where I cut off and went to Cade'Cove via Bote Mountain/Anthony 
Creek Trail.

I think there's been more rain since I was there, so things should still be 
running well.
