[at-l] 26% of what?



I found the link to www.trailfoods.com, and the dry 26% whole
milk.  Now, I'm wondering, 26% WHAT?  26% Butterfat?
26% whole milk?  If so, what's the other 74% -- skim?
Water?  Instant Breakfast?  Pedialite?  Ivory soap?

Also, if it's camper's water, I assume it's either (1) filtered,
(2) boiled and cooled, or (3) an ugly tan from the iodine.
Hmm.  Come to think of it, I use ascorbic acid to de-brown
my water, but then there's a risk that the acid will turn
the mixture into 26% cottage cheese.
