[at-l] Hiking Poles

Hi folks;

I have seen your comments regarding hiking poles. I have used them many 
times during my life. They can be either a very good tool but also quite 
troublesome sometimes. They can be used to stand up a tarp, to help someone 
on a cliff etc but ...

For long hikes, I rather not use them at all.
