Actually, the Coosa Backcountry Trail loops out of Vogel, joining for a bit
the Duncan Ridge Trail, if my memory serves me. And Duncan Ridge connects
to the AT on Blood Mtn. The Coosa loop itself runs 12-13 rather strenuous
miles.
