I know most of you on this list are intrepid, tireless through hikers.  But
if there are any section hikers that like a slower pace of 10 miles per day,
you are invited to join me for a spell as I traverse the southern part of
the AT this summer/fall. (I have already covered everything north of Front
Royal.) The segments of the plan are not in order, because I have some other
