I hear you Red but....the real weight savings come from the
big three AND and the stuff you leave at home. Buy
a lightweight alum pot a Wally's and save your pennies for one of the
big three. That's where the real weight savings comes from and also,
where the cheapest progress towards a lighter pack will come. Once
you get down to sub 8 lbs, (<3lb pack, 2lb bag, 3lb shelter) you can
start sweating the small stuff...ounces. Then you'll start looking at
grams LOL!!!!
