Bounce REGULAR sheets WILL keep the little gnats away and if you pack a
couple in various places, like your sleeping bag at the feet, help with some
of the odor.

Put one in your cap or drape it so it shields your ears or neck, pin it to
something close to your face.

YMMV, because of body chemistry, but I gave away about 50 sheets at Trail
Days this year,
